COVID-19 STORE & ONLINE ORDER INFORMATION

The following contains some info about our website:

- The amount of product we offer for sale online is not all of what we offer for sale in-store. We have most of our core items online and are adding to the website almost daily. Please feel free to contact us using the form below with questions about other items we may have in-store.

- We now ship INTERNATIONALLY! (some exceptions apply)

- All orders (including sale items) over $125 ship for free to anywhere in Ontario.

- We have added Ottawa area "Glebe Trotters Delivery" as a shipping option at checkout. One of our staff will personally drive your purchase out to you, which will usually reduce the wait for your purchase by a couple of days. In certain cases delivery may actually be made same-day (no promises). The delivery rate may be reduced (after purchase) in rare cases depending on your proximity to the store. You will not see the delivery option at checkout if you do not fall within our delivery radius.

- We have added "Local (Curbside) Pick-up" as a shipping option. If you choose to pick-up at the store, most orders will be ready within the 24 hour estimate (some even earlier), while some will need additional time. Please wait for us to email confirming the availability of your order before coming to pick it up.
