What forms of payment do you accept? 

 Visa, MasterCard, PayPal

 When will my payment be processed?

Upon checkout, payment will be authorised for the appropriate amount. Your credit card will actually be charged once your order item availability has been confirmed and the item(s) are ready for shipping or pick-up. Generally this will be within 24 hours of placing your order.

What currency are the prices in? 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order up until the time of shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled and you have been advised by e-mail that the item has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. If necessary, prior to the fullfillment of your order, please contact sales@glebetrotters.com or 613-231-6331 to cancel your order.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! Some exceptions do apply. We are not responsible for any extra duties and/or taxes you may incur. All available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

The length of time it takes you to receive your order will depend upon where you are located and the method of shipping you have chosen. Consult our Shipping Information section for further information.

How will my purchase be shipped?

We use Canada Post for all shipping services. When you are in the checkout section of the purchase, you will be able to select from several shipping speed options.

Returns:

 How can I return  the shoes or boots I have purchased?

All on-line purchases may be returned to our physical location at 860 Bank St., Ottawa, Ontario or via mail/courier within 30 days of purchase. If using a mail service or courier please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For further information please consult our Return Policy page.
