Orders & Payments:

What forms of payment do you accept? 

 Visa, MasterCard, PayPal

 When will my payment be processed?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and the item is ready for shipping. Generally this will be within 24 hours of placing your order. You will be notified by e-mail once your credit card has been processed.

What currency are the prices in? 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order up until the time of shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled and you have been advised by e-mail that the item has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. If necessary, prior to the fullfillment of your order, please contact sales@glebetrotters.com or 613-231-6331 to cancel your order. 

Shipping:

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to Canada and the United States. We expect to add the ability to ship to other countries shortly.

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

The length of time it takes you to receive your order will depend upon where you are located and the method of shipping you have chosen. Consult our Shipping Information section for further information.

How will my purchase be shipped?

We use Canada Post for all shipping services. When you are in the Checkout section of the purchase, you will be able to select either "Standard Shipping" or "Xpresspost". 

Returns:

 How can I return  the shoes or boots I have purchased?

All on-line purchases may be returned to our physical location at 860 Bank St., Ottawa, Ontario or via mail/courier within 30 days of purchase. If using a mail service or courier please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For further information please consult our Return Policy page.
