Designed to improve the traditional boat shoe, the handsome Nohea Moku is made with a somewhat nautical life in mind. Lightweight and breathable mesh can get wet without issue (although it won't keep you dry) and the all-weather outsole with razor siping provides proper traction on wet surfaces. The thick, cushioned, and removable insole provides above average arch support, so you can rest assured you will be comfortable for long periods of time.
The best part of this shoe is the convenience, for two reasons:
- The laces aren't laces - they are just elastic laces, there more for appearance than anything else, so go ahead and slip it on
- The heel counter is collapsible - you never have to worry about wrecking the backs of your shoes trying to wrestle them on ever again (they are basically a slipper)
This has been one of our top men's casual shoes for the several years thanks to the incredible combination of style, comfort, convenience, and price.
Available at Glebe Trotters.
*Sizing recommendation: These shoes fit on the wider side of things, so if you have a narrower foot we recommend either a half size down from your normal size, or two check out the 'Alapa Li by Olukai, a very similar idea in a narrower fit.*
